Navigating the uncertainties of parenthood while balancing other life stressors is often an ongoing journey. At mindfulSF, we use practical evidence-based treatment strategies to support parents with navigating the daily challenges of parenthood.

For Postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD we use a combination of evidence-based treatment methods that include CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. 

 
 

For parents interested in support for navigating struggles their children are experiencing, we teach practical strategies for behavioral management, emotion regulation, relational mindfulness, and self-compassion skills. These strategies can enhance feelings of calm and connectedness, and can assist with creating more space for you to support your child with what they are needing.
