FREE Intro to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Intro to MBSR is a great opportunity to learn more about the history and research behind MBSR and to gain exposure to mindfulness without needing to make any commitments.

Participants will have the opportunity explore guided mindfulness practices, ask questions, and connect with others who are also interested in mindfulness.

Regular classes will begin on Monday, September 23rd from 6:00pm - 8:30pm and meet for 8 weeks. There will be a daylong session on Saturday, November 2nd.
